Body Mind Collective Yoga For Charities
We believe that yoga is more than just movement.
It's for connection, healing and empowerment. That's why we proudly partner with a range of charities, communities, and third-sector organisations.
Yoga is proven to reduce stress, enhance mental wellbeing and improve physical health, making it an invaluable resource for vulnerable groups. Studies show that a regular practice can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by up to 40% and increase feelings of social connection and resilience.

We can help you to bring this practice to those who need it most. Some example sessions we can deliver:
- Online chair yoga sessions for those unable to leave their home.
- Socially prescribed yoga, working alongside healthcare providers to suppoprt mental illness recovery.
- Adaptive sessions for adults with hearing and/or sight loss, catering to individual mobility and ability levels.
- Trauma informed sessions for survivors of domestic violence, helping to restore a sense of safety and self-empowerment.
As we age our mobility declines. Chair yoga can help us stay safe from injury by improving mobility, flexibility and strength. The chair is highly adaptable to a variety of physical needs empowering people to be more confident in their movement.
Research has shown that sessions can help with conditions such as high blood pressure, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue and pain. It provides a strong sense of social inclusion, pro-social behaviour and sense of purpose, enjoyment, and relaxation.
Our engaging sessions to music, include mobility, strength, and coordination exercises, plus breathing and relaxation techniques.

Yoga and mindfulness can transform children’s experience of school. Physical movements with calm breathing and mindfulness techniques can address children’s physical, mental and emotional needs.
Yoga develops strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and body awareness. It gives all children regardless of their ability a chance to feel good and work together in a non-competitive space and supports children’s learning at school, improving concentration, behaviour and confidence.
Our school based sessions are fun and tailored to the needs of the school and the age group. Please get in touch to chat to us about our educational offering.
