Why we do it.

Yoga is not just for the wealthy, the young, and the flexible. We believe that everyone should have fair and equal access to services that improve their health and wellbeing. In our sessions everyone from every background or ability is welcome.

Our Community Team.

Body Mind Collective is led by Bryony Morris and guided by a team of dedicated and passionate community volunteers who help to steer our focus. Our steering group meets once a quarter and ensures that the community is centred in all of our plans.

I’ve been attending Bryony’s yoga classes now for around 18 months. The classes are friendly and relaxed, and there’s no pressure to attempt all poses, everyone works at their own pace. Bryony is fantastic at adapting the poses to suit all abilities. Since joining I can feel a difference in my posture and flexibility but for me the most significant change has been in my improved sleep pattern. If you’re thinking of trying yoga, just do it, you really have nothing to lose but so much to gain.

I have been attending Bryony’s beginner yoga classes for over a year, I love her classes they are so well planned and delivered. Bryony is an intuitive caring teacher who inspires even the stiffest of old muscles and bones to move and reconnect. After a session I always feel so much brighter and alive! I would really recommend, even if you are new to yoga there are always a range of options for all abilities 💜

Bryony is a fantastic teacher and also a kind soul, which I feel is important during these sessions. Her directions are clear and she does offer other options if you struggle. She is really attentive and does check on you. Her class are for all levels and very welcoming. Plus she always make it fun. I have been to a Yoga retreat run by Bryony and it was well organised, in beautiful location, with great company and worth every penny. Thank you so much Bryony.

I have involved with Bryony’s Yoga Class for about a year now and have seen positive changes in my health and wellbeing. I was a little intimidated to go to my first class. But the relaxed atmosphere and instructions immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, and I picked up the fundamentals right away.
