What to expect.
Bryony Morris will be leading your yoga sessions.
Bryony says: “I aim to make my classes a safe space where you can relax and have fun. I became a yoga teacher because I wanted to offer affordable and accessible yoga for all types of people. I have been lucky enough to meet so many amazing people teaching my sessions in Sandwell, and I hope to meet you at one of them soon.”

Karma Yoga.
Karma Yoga means the Yoga of Action and is about selfless service. If you are passionate about yoga and want to become part of our community, then you can volunteer with us in exchange for free yoga sessions and discounts on workshops.
We have a variety of weekly tasks that you can commit to helping with, from setting up and packing away sessions, to administration tasks. No particular skills are necessary, but we ask that you are trustworthy, respectful, reliable, and punctual.
If you are interested in joining our karma yogi team please contact us on volunteer@bodymindcollective.cc to see if we have any places currently available.
